½ a ripe banana (use a very ripe banana for the best banana flavor),
• 1 tablespoon natural almond butter
• ¾ c. sugar free almond milk,
• 1 scoop Chocolate PEanut butter Protein Of CHocolate Shakeology
* 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
