healthy peanut butter cookies and banana bread.

here are three yummy recipes that i have made and quite enjoy. the peanut butter cookies are very yummy and if you make them my way only 60 calories per cookie. the banana bread is also delicious. i made this again this past weekend

PB cookies:
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c natural pb
1/4 c applesauce
1/4 c egg beaters
1 tsp vanilla ext
1/2 c crushed peanuts
1/3 c choc chipS
mIX all ingredients and place I tbspfull scoops of dough on greased cookie sheetAnd flatten each with bottom of a glass or a spoon. Bake 8-10 min. Do not overbake cookies should be soft and chewy.

I USED 1/2 CUP OF SPLENDA, AND 1/4 CUP OF SPENDA BROWN
1 CUP OF WHEAT FLOUR AND 1/4 CUP OF SOY FLOUR
I ALSO USED BETTER N PEANUT BUTTER IN THE MIX INSTEAD OF REGULAT PB
THIS CUT DOWN ON FAT, CARB, AND CALS WITH THESES SUBS



Banana bread:This is a basic versatile recipe so feel free to get creative and add things. I make this almost weekly. I always add things like 1/2 c peanut butter, chopped dates, raisins or dried fruit,various nuts, choc chips,etc....


2 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c fat free yogurt
1/4 c applesauce
1/2 c egg beaters
1/2 c splenda
1/2 c splenda brown sugaR
1 1/2 c wheat flour
1/4 c ground flaxseed
3/4 tsp baking powdeR
1/2 tsp saTl
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp allspice
Mix ingredients with mixer (or by hand for chunkier banana pieces) and put in a greased loaf pan and bake 350 for about 1 hour or until baked thru

1 CUP OF WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 CUP OF SOY FLOUR

2 TSP OF BAKING SODA
1/2 CUP WHEAT GERM

MIX ALL TOGEHTER IN FOOD PROCESSOR
MAKES TEN SERVING
1 SERVING IS 3 PANCAKES
 210 CALS PER SERVING

1 CUP OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 CUP SORY FLOUR
1/2 CUP EGG BEATERS
1/4 CUP OF APPLE SAUCE SUGAR FREE
2 CUPS OF SUGAR FREE ALMOND MILK
1/2 CUP GROUND FLAX MEAL
BLIND ALL TOGETHER
TEN SERVINGS
3 PANCAKES EQUAL A SERVING
1105 CALORIES IN THE WHOLE BATCH, 38 FIBER IN BATCH 108 CARBS FOR WHOLE BATCH, 54 PROTEIN IN BATCH, 32 TOTAL FAT FOR WHOLE BATCH
